The Villa is set within an estate of 200 olive trees. The terrace to the rear of the main building allows clients to enjoy the Villa's spectacular view across the Val di Chiana, where breakfast and lunch are served daily. The property includes a spacious living area, 9 double bedrooms, an outside gazebo with fireplace, landscaped gardens, large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, mountain bikes and yoga / pilates gazebo.

The individually styled guest rooms of the Villa range from the Junior suite in a separate cottage next to the main villa, to Superior, deluxe and double rooms in the main house. They are named in Italian after precious materials e.g "Avorio" (Ivory) and "Ametista" (Amethyst) and these colours are reflected in the styling of the bedrooms, each offering air conditioning and modern en-suite bathrooms with Molton Brown bathing products.
The second Villa, unashamedly contemporary in design but still with a distinctly Italian feel, is the larger "cottage" of our two self-catering villas.
Nestled in the secluded valley, it has its own private terrace and landscaped garden sharing a swimming pool (10m x 4m) in the herb and lavender walled garden. The villa has a split-level open plan kitchen / living area with an open fire for those cooler nights and two luxurious air-conditioned double rooms with en-suite bathrooms (one a twin). The Villa is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, TV & DVD, Villa mobile, internet access and wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside.
